Traits & Rarity

Paper NFTs are programatically generated images made completely from real paper & craft supplies, each one including up to 5 traits. There are over half a million possible permutations!

  • Backgrounds
    Each Paper NFT includes one of 12 backgrounds that provides a fiberous, yet vibrant back drop for the rest of the art to shine.
  • Ground
    The only other guaranteed trait in each art piece. There are 11 different types depicting grass, snow, wheat fields, and more.
  • Sun
    Most Paper NFTs will come with one of 10 different types of suns, including a rare twin-sun. Around 15% of them might not have a sun at all.
  • Weather
    There's a 45% chance of clear skies in your Paper NFT, and for the remaining 10 weather systems you'll have to contend with rain, snow, fog, and more.
  • Theme
    With 24 different themes and a 4% of not getting one, these are where our landscapes shine. Take a walk in a snowy forest or gaze upon the great pyramids of Giza. Behold the ever-stretching arms of Christ the Redeemer or start sweating at the sight of cacti in the desert. These trees, mountains, etc. are a big part of what gives your Paper NFT its charm.

About Paper NFTs

Paper NFTs is an experiment about trying to join traditional & physical arts & crafts with newer digital technology & collectibility.

The first collection includes landscapes cut out of construction paper and other arts & craft supplies. In future releases we'll continue to improve our process and release future variations and ideas.

About the Team

Chapeljuice has been a web developer & engineering manager for too many years, and getting into cryptocurrency and NFTs provides a relaxing outlet for his creative side. Paper NFTs came to him as a vision and there's been no looking back since. He's in charge of the art, website, and most of the contract / minting process.
